Lessons can take place either at the studio, or at your home in Manchester or London.

Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian.

​

Students must have a piano at home, or daily access to one for practicing.

​

Extra lesson time will not be offered to late arrivals. All same day cancellations and no-shows will be invoiced in full.

​

Students who purchase four or more lessons in advance will always be given priority to continue with the same day and time.

​

Students who miss or cancel three weeks in a row will lose their weekly time spot.

​

Catch-ups may be scheduled for lessons missed due to illness or family emergency only.

​

No catch-up lessons will be provided for lessons missed because of sports, celebrations, traveling, etc.

​

Food, drinks are not permitted around the piano or at home during the piano lesson. 

 

Students must have the capacity to pay attention to instructions and be engaged with Studio teacher for the entire duration of the lesson.

​

If a student cannot attend the lesson due to illness or family emergency, a student may swap the lesson time with another student, a prior 48-hour notice and Studio teacher approval are required.

​

If a scheduled catch-up lesson is missed, a second catch-up lesson may be scheduled dependant on Studio teacher availability.
